Get to know Kyle
Kyle Dern is Tim Dern's youngest child, and like the rest of his family, he has always had a deep passion for helping people. That passion first took shape in ministry, where Kyle began his career as a Pastor, supporting congregants through all aspects of church life. He went on to spend several years as director of Hesed House, one of the largest homeless shelters in Illinois — work that further shaped his lifelong commitment to serving people in need.
Kyle brought that same spirit of service to Mana Financial Group, where he began by helping clients navigate Medicare. Today, he works alongside his family in the family business, bringing the same care and dedication to every client relationship. Kyle holds his insurance licenses and is currently studying for his securities license as he continues to grow his role at the firm.
Whether guiding a client through Medicare decisions or supporting the broader work of the family business, Kyle's goal has never changed: show up for people, listen closely, and help them move forward with confidence.

Kyle has three children — Chloe, Stella, and Gabriel. Before joining the family business, he spent his career in service to others: first as a Pastor, then as director of Hesed House, one of Illinois's largest homeless shelters.
